SOF Rifle Club - All Day Shoot match report

This is a long day, consisting of four shoots at 300, 600, 900 and 1000 yards. It is a three way match against our chums the Old Lawrentians, and also our younger brethren at the College.

SOF Rifle Club - Bisley Long Range match report
Rifle Club Saturday 31st May 2003
Disapppointment hung over the Old Framlinghamian riflemen, though it may have been just hungover riflemen. Either way the spirit was of determination following April’s surrender to Cranleigh of the Q Match trophy, won the previous year amid delirious scenes by the OFs for the first time in 14 years.

SOF Rifle Club - Q Match Report

After several weeks of glorious spring weather, it was inevitable that the forecast for the first OFRC shoot of the season should threaten showers and gusting winds. The members gathered at Bisley at 8.30am to prepare for the afternoon match. Having won this prestigious trophy in 2002 we were determined to try to achieve back-to-back victories.
