I was devastated to hear of the passing of "VG" I feel that the comments made by our old chum John Birt somes him up

I was fortunate enough to catch up with "VG" at a Rugby match at Winchester RFC 6/7 years ago and in the short time we were together we pretty much sumed up our lives from 1960 when I started at Fram to that day.

A Great man and above all a friend
