OFGS Autumn Meeting Report
Golf Society
David Turnbull, OFGS Hon Sec reports: The meeting was held in damp humid conditions on Friday, 13th September at Aldeburgh Golf Club where we were looked after superbly as usual. This year there was another excellent turn out of 29 members, including one new face, Dan Wastnage. Richard Sayer, President of SOF, made a welcome return many years after his last outing at Aldeburgh. It had been hoped to see some other new faces and also returning members, but sadly this was not to be the case.

It was also good to see Susan Webber and Simon Sinclair from the College who joined us for lunch. Unfortunately Simon had to return to school duties in the afternoon but Susan, a member of Aldeburgh, played in the afternoon, marking one of the foursomes pairings card.

Once again the overall scoring was excellent as can be seen from the results shown below:
The prizes were presented to the following winners by Norman Porter, Captain of OFGS.
