 Laura Wright's first solo album, following on from her chart success with All Angels, will be released on 4th July 2011*, and will be available from all good record stores and online. Called, "The Last Rose", the album is a collection of English folk songs, accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, and with musical compositions and arrangements by John Rutter, Patrick Hawes and Paul Mealor (whose composition "Now Sleeps the Crimson Petal" was included in the recent Royal Wedding and is included on this album).
* The release date has been revised, and is now expected to be 25th July 2011.
