| Nigel Burnip to Shoot for Great Britain Veterans |

James Mehta (OFRC Secretary) writes, "Our Chairman, Nigel Burnip (Stradbroke 58-65) has been selected for the GB Veterans Team, to tour Australia in October 2011, and will take part in the World Championships in Brisbane.
Many congratulations to Nigel from all his friends in the Rifle Club."
The GB Veterans Rifle team will be competing at the target rifle World Championships, the premier competition in the international shooting calendar, which is held every four years.
This year the event is being hosted by the National Rifle Association of Australia at the Belmont Range in Brisbane 3rd - 22nd October 2011.
In addition to the international team competitions Nigel will also be shooting as an individual in the World Veterans Championships and the Worldwide Long Range Championships held in the final week of the meeting.
Nigel's comment: "There's nothing like a bit of competition to keep you on your toes, or even your elbows, when target shooting".
